  • The Baptist Bible Fellowship wants to help strength pastors, missionaries, and ministries to serve with wisdom, passion, and longevity in order to lead the church well an reach their communities in a greater way.

  • No matter your stage in ministry, the BBFI is striving to:

    1. Support new pastors through mentorship, connection, and resources

    2. Collaborate with church planting leaders to ensure care and development for transitioning churches

    3. Provide encouragement to pastors experiencing ministry challenges

    4. Offer personalized assistance from experienced pastors for church-related issues

    5. Facilitate peer coaching and mentoring through online or in-person interactions

    6. Help pastors through church revitalization, leadership coaching, and transitional planning.

    7. Highlight pastoral or staff openings through BBFI communication channels.
