BBFI Leadership Structure
The Baptist Bible Fellowship International has a leadership structure designed to support pastors and churches as they fulfill the Great Commission. At the national level, the Executive Committee provides spiritual, strategic, and administrative oversight for the Fellowship. This committee is composed of elected officers, including the President, Vice Presidents, Secretary, and Treasurer.
In addition, State Representatives are elected by their respective state fellowships to serve as liaisons between the national leadership and local pastors. These representatives provide support, encouragement, and coordination for churches within their states while helping to ensure unity and engagement across the Fellowship.
Together, this leadership structure fosters collaboration, accountability, and shared vision among the pastors, missionaries, educators, and ministry leaders who make up the BBFI.
