Pastor’s Forum #7 - Topics discussed include: How to protect your church from lawsuits once you start gathering again (with attorney David Gibbs and insurance agent Mel Himes), addressing domestic abuse, pornography, gambling and other increased addiction issues, How to decide when to start meeting again, How to use data from a return to church survey, How to minister to and protect senior adults, How to make sure online services are done with excellence even after reopening the church, How to protect the pastor’s soul.

Pastor’s Forum #8 - Topics discussed include: An update on the Payroll Protection Program (new bills signed and new information for churches), and reopening churches with an emphasis on revitalization. The Revitalization Code was discussed in light of reopening (Christ builds the church, calling to revitalize, challenges pinpointed, creating systems, commitment to first impressions, and courage to make necessary changes).

Pastor’s Forum #6 - Topics discussed include: Lessons learned so far, assimilation and new metrics to measure, tweaks to increase online engagement, online membership class, when and how to reopen church facilities, planning for summer events (youth camps and VBS), and how to keep your marriage and family strong while in quarantine.

Pastor’s Forum #5 - Topics discussed include: Update on CARES Act and its impact on the local church, last minute Easter ideas, last minute Good Friday ideas, Lord’s Supper services done remotely, how to collect guest contact information while streaming services, how to follow up after Easter, How to lead yourself and lead your team while working remotely, and how to stay pure while spending more time online.

Pastor’s Forum #4 - Topics included: the CARES Act (stimulus bill) and how it impacts the local church, and Easter ideas (both leading up to Easter and Easter Sunday). Pastor’s Fourm #3 - The topics all revolve around the topic of live-streaming services. Tech teams from four BBFI churches provided much of the content in this video (Park Valley Church, Granite United Church, Crosspointe Church, and High Street Church).

Pastor’s Forum #2 - Topics include: live-stream options, how to lead worship online, how to stay connected to membership, throughout the week, how to stay connected to staff during the week, children’s ministry, youth ministry, how to shepherd and counsel, and how to stay connected to missioaries.

Pastor’s Forum #1 - Topics discussed include: preaching to an empty room, giving an invitation online, serving the community, giving online, and keeping core leaders in the know.
